Arch Supports.  A podiatrist can make some of these that will cost anywhere from $300-$500.  I have some.  But honestly, these $20 ones are just as effective and much better than any you can buy at the drugstore.  Follow the directions to let your feet and hips adjust without causing pain!

Adjust-a-Lift Heel Lifts.  You may find this cheaper on sites like ebay, Amazon, or Walmart, but the company's own website is dependably inexpensive and helps you understand what you're looking for.

Essential Oils:  If you'd like purchase your own essential oils at wholesale from doTerra, which are the highest quality, click here and follow the instructions.  There is an initial annual $35 fee to be a member, but after the first year, you get an oil for free that offsets the annual $25 cost, so it evens out. Full disclosure: I do earn a little credit for any oils you sign up to purchase through me. That enables me to not have to charge extra for the oils I use and give away to clients.  ​

CBD Oil:  Many of you ask for recommendations for CBD oil, which is helpful for pain and anxiety.  Ky Girl Hemp is what I use.  It is locally sourced by an organic gardener renowned for creating rooftop gardens and healing spaces outdoors, and it is independently certified for its purity.  The owner is helpful in answering any questions you have, and you can order it online and have it in two days by mail.  You can get the kind that is completely free of THC, the hallucinogenic compound in the plant, as well as the kind that contains a trace amount (<.03%).
